Shipping

All items are shipped from the Royal Oak Pet Clinic in Victoria, BC Canada. 

Delivery time is typically 2 - 9 business days depending on your location. Our hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM till 6 PM (PST), and we do not ship on Holidays or weekends. Orders placed before 11 AM (PST) on a business day will ship on the following business day. Shipping times may vary depending on availability of product. Weather or other factors beyond our control may affect shipping time and cause a delay Out of stock products, may take additional time for delivery. We will contact you via email if your desired product is out of stock or delayed for an unreasonable period of time so that you may cancel for a full refund by contacting us before your order ships.

You can calculate your shipping charges before completing your order by adding the products to your shopping cart and then enter your postal code into the box at the bottom of the cart. Click the calculate shipping button.

Shipping charges are a function of weight of the product(s) and the distance traveled. Since we ship from the West Coast, heavy items going to the East are more expensive to ship than products shipping to Western locations.

We cannot guarantee delivery in countries outside Canada. Customs law varies for each country. Most countries allow the importation of pet products. Check with your own countries regulations before ordering.

Shipping costs may exceed the actual product price for certain items to certain locations. We apologize if the shipping fees preclude you from ordering from us.
