We will make right any issues that we deem to be an error on our part. If you are unsatisfied with any product please contact us and explain your concerns. Product pricing, availability, and information is dependent on external manufacturers and suppliers, and may change without notice.

We accept returns of product within 30 days of purchase of unopened products. Allthebitestuff.com will refund the purchase price of the product (plus taxes if applicable) only. Shipping costs (both outgoing and return) will be incurred by the customer. We cannot be responsible for errors made by customers in selecting the correct product.

Please check your order carefully before submitting. Contact us immediately (before we ship it) or you can telephone us if you need to make changes to your order. 

If you discover your error after receiving your package, send us an email  (via the contact page form).If you received an item that doesnt match your order please contact us and explain the issue.
